From 12th to 22nd May, 2017, leading by Mr. Luo Fuquan, the President and the General Manager of company, together with Mr. Dong Xin, the Vice-president and Mr. Zang Peng, of the Overseas Dept. investigated the Middle East market.
During the period, they visited CNPC (HK) Middle East Company, CNOOC Iraq Branch, CPECC Iraq, Middle East and Abu Dhabi Branches and Technip Middle East Company, and other tens of units and organizations. They deeply communicated with each party and have made plentiful and substantial achievements.
1. Mr. Luo Fuquan, the president and the General Manager of company, on behalf of Qingdao Yueyang Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. signed relative documents about establishing Dubai Branch Office in DMCC management committee.
2. Successfully signed Technical Service Agreement with CPECC Iraq Branch Company, deeply participated in the EPC project management of CPECC Iraq Branch Company in Iraq market.
3. Entered into collaboration with CPECC Middle East Branch and Abu Dhabi Branch and Technip to do EPC project management in Middle East market.
